Why Be A Member? 1. It's FREE, QUICK and EASY plus you'll feel good knowing you are supporting an INclusive INner city cultural arts hub. 2. Yes, we want you to tell us your birth date during registration, but we almost expect you to lie anyway... actually we're just preventing spammers, plus it's a good way to get to know the general demographic joining our site. 3. We really appreciate the help in the continued persuit of building and connecting with our cultural community here in Hamilton and abroad. 4. All Members have the ability to post comments in the Forum and Blogger pages throughout the site. Members can also post their favourite Youtube videos and listen to Podcasts @ 205! 5. Members will receive special member only invites for discounts to Workshops, art purchases, specialized services, green screen rental discount, and more! 6. Members have a chance to network and collaborate with other artists and like-minded creatives in person AND online. Send private/public msg's and emails to one another, post your thoughts, links and ideas. 7. ***Members can enjoy our kick ass coffee bar and tea salon. (details available at the Gallery). 8. ***During Members Access Days you can bring your lap top into our studio and spread out in an inspiring space with Free wi-fi. A great way to get out of the house or traditional stale office environment during an afternoon. Perfect for Web developers, graphic designers, writers/bloggers and other creatives. 9. ***Only Members have the opportunity to book the gallery for your next special event. We have fantastic catering and event planner connections! Reserve space for client, business and special group meetings (inquire at the Gallery). Need a projector, screen and computer equipment? Let us know what you need. 10. As a Member you can request to add your business profile link on our website. .... more member benefits to come... ***Member Access Days: TBA Request to become a Moderator: A Moderator is one step above a Member which allows you to create and write your own Blog, add Forum categories, even upload a few photos (limited to 10 pics - For Photographers Only). Open Jam
Upcoming Open Jam sessions will be this Sunday, October 28th, November 4th and 18th from 2pm to 6pm, Musicians and music lovers are welcome. There is a $5 cover at the door.
*Note that the first date, October 28th will not be a licensed event.
**However, there will be a bar available on the other dates.
SATURDAY AFTERNOONS @ GALLERY 205: The Tribal Gallery has moved from James Street North to the Gallery 205! You can now visit Gwen to see some of her amazing tapestry, museum pieces and international artisan jewelry collection. Plus, this is where you will purchase your tickets to ArtBar Concerts produced by Tribal Gallery!
